Regardless of how many assets there are in an organization, MiFAT will be able to track the assets quickly and accurately. A barcode is applied to each asset in the organization. Then, using a barcode-reader-enabled handheld device, the barcode of each asset is scanned and data about the status of the asset is entered using a stylus or a predefined condition from a barcode sheet is scanned.
