In the Minerets Support System, user registration is conducted through a controlled process overseen by the support team, prioritizing security and efficient onboarding. Users without registered or verified accounts are prompted with a message on the login screen, guiding them to reach out to Minerets support for assistance.Users with the Customer Admin role possess the authority to create accounts for Regular Customers. This provides flexibility for managing various user levels within the support system. Note: The users’ limits will be set by the Minerets team, with a default limit of 2 users. Contact the support team to amend this limit as needed.
