Minarets Tech is seeking a highly qualified Human Resources Manager to lead and develop HR strategies and policies across its branches in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

Candidate shall be capable of working in a multicultural environment and possess in-depth knowledge and experience of Jordan & Saudi labor law to support the company’s operations.

Job description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Supervise recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and training processes.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with local and international labor regulations.
  • Handle labor disputes and legal cases.
  • Oversee performance evaluation processes and implement career development plans.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with both Saudi and Jordanian labor laws.
  • Provide legal and administrative HR consultation to senior management.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration while ensuring internal equity.
  • Participate in preparing the annual HR department budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with proven expertise in Saudi labor law of a minimum of 5 years.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Saudi labor regulations (knowledge of Jordanian law is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR system preferred (MenaMe or Multinational CRM)
