We are seeking an experienced Odoo Enterprise Functional & Business Analyst to join our growing team in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in analyzing, customizing, and supporting Odoo implementations—especially in Sales, Distribution, and Service
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between clients and developers, translating business needs into functional and scalable Odoo solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis and requirement gathering.
- Document current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) processes and map them to Odoo functionality.
- Provide solution designs and workflows based on Odoo best practices.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement customizations and integrations.
- Provide end-user training, testing support, and post-go-live guidance.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and process diagrams.
- Ensure timely delivery of functional tasks within Odoo implementation projects.
Required Odoo Module Expertise:
You must demonstrate solid hands-on experience with the following Odoo Enterprise modules relevant to a sales and distribution environment:
- Sales (Order to Cash)
- CRM
- Procurement (Procure to Pay)
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Accounting & Finance
- Point of Sale (POS)
- Invoicing & Payments
- Rental
- Expense Management
- HR
- Commissions
- Reporting & Dashboards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
- Proven ability to map business processes to Odoo modules and workflows.
- Experience with business domains like sales, distribution, logistics, retail, and procurement.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Must be based in Amman, Jordan, with willingness to travel as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (both written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the MENA region or similar markets.
- Exposure to project-based implementations and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Odoo Studio or basic technical knowledge is a plus.
- Background in retail, trading, distribution, or service-based companies.
