Account Settings
Members have specific account management functionalities within the Minerets Support System:
Profile Settings
- Users can update their profile settings, including first and last names, and profile pictures.
- Certain fields, such as email, and username, will not be editable.
Password Management
- Members can change their passwords by entering the old password and setting a new one.
- The password should have upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols like ! ” ? $ % ^ & ).
Account Security
- Account security features, such as login attempts monitoring, help ensure the protection of the member accounts.
- Automatic deactivation after 5 failed login attempts prompts users to contact Minerets support for assistance. Reactivation occurs automatically 24 hours after deactivation, ensuring a secure experience.
